A commentary series on Psalm 139 in haiku poetic form.
If I say, “Surely the darknesswill hide me
and the light become night around me,”
even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
Psalm 139:11, 12
Where did I
go Lord?
Darkness brings no fear.
Rest I must at night
It’s no
secret from your eyes
Never out of
sight.
Always there
is light
So bright I
cannot see it,Darkness brings no fear.
Rest I must at night
Under the
mantle of God—
Night light for my soul.
Quote to Ponder . . .
My God, how I burned, how I burned with longing to leave earthly and fly back to you.
